Blended Learning

NEA supports a Blended Learning approach to teaching when it is directed by a licensed teacher. This policy brief defines blended learning as a combination of face-to-face instruction and the use of technology, and it provides recommendations that will help to ensure that the technology used in the educational process improves learning opportunities for students, reduces inequities, and improves the quality and effectiveness of instruction.
